Territory
The territory of Castelluccio is characterised by an uncontaminated Nature: mountains, millenary bushes, and the beauty of Pollino National Park. Our territory is also well known for the "art of cooking", thanks to natural ingredients, local meats and an ancient tradition based on "family culture and lifestyle". One of the most appreciated products are cured meats of several types, known with the Italian names of "Salsiccia", "Sopressata", "Capicollo", and other variations based on peculiar production process or different spices and herbs mixed with a selection of pig meat.
